CNC Machine Operator & Programmer

Description

We are looking for a CNC Milling Machine Operator to join an expanding industrial precision manufacturing firm based in Dordrecht (Netherlands), specializing in advanced metal machining. The role is project-driven, offering direct participation in large-scale engineering builds across bridge construction, offshore energy, wind turbine components, and heavy commercial trailer manufacturing.

• ▸OPERATION: operating CNC milling centers (HAAS machines) with travel axes up to 1.5 meters
• ▸CONTROL SYSTEM: working proficiently with FANUC controller architecture
• ▸PRODUCTION: precision machining of heavy metal parts strictly aligned with technical drawings and dimensional tolerances
• ▸PLANNING: collaborating with production planners to adhere to tight delivery milestones
• ▸VERSATILITY: assisting across adjacent preparation and surface finishing departments during low milling demand

Requirements

• ▸Demonstrated experience in operating CNC milling centers (HAAS machine familiarity strongly favored)
• ▸Working knowledge of the FANUC programming and control environment
• ▸Independent capability to read and implement complex engineering blueprints and measuring tools
• ▸Conscientious work ethic, precision attention to tolerances, and strong team mindset
